All services are provided according to the project scope agreed with the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

By working with us, you agree to:

Provide accurate information for project completion
Provide necessary materials (text, images, access credentials, etc.)
Approve drafts, concepts, or revisions in a timely manner
Make required payments as stated in invoices or agreements
Ensure you have the rights to all materials you submit to us

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client information.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments must be made as per the invoice or contract.
Advance payments or booking fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Refunds are not applicable once work has started or delivered.
For monthly services (marketing, maintenance, etc.), payments must be made before the service period begins.
Late payments may result in paused services.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Client Materials

You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us.

4.2 Work Delivered by Get Pro Touch

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.
Final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment.
Source files (PSD, Figma, project files, raw footage) are not included unless agreed separately.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality for:

Client information
Project data
Media files
Login credentials
Documents shared for work

We never share client data with third parties except service providers needed to complete the project.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use our website or services to:

Engage in illegal activities
Upload harmful or malicious files
Violate copyrights or trademarks
Abuse or attempt to hack our systems
Spread misinformation or harmful content

We may terminate service for violations.

7. Service Timelines & Delivery

Project timelines depend on:

Project scope
Client response time
Amount of revisions
Technical complexity

We strive to meet deadlines, but delays may occur due to:

Late feedback from the client
Technical issues
Third-party service failures (hosting, API, server, etc.)

We are not liable for such delays.

8. Limitation of Liability

Get Pro Touch is not liable for:

Loss of revenue or business from using our services
Issues caused by third-party tools, APIs, or hosting providers
Data loss due to client negligence
Consequences of incorrect information provided by the client

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

9. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a set number of revisions as stated in the agreement.
Additional revisions or scope expansion may incur extra charges.
Major changes after final approval will be treated as a new project.

10. External Links

Our website may link to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for the content or policies of those websites.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate projects or access to our services if:

Payments are not made on time
Clients violate these Terms
Clients behave abusively or unprofessionally
Illegal or unethical activity is detected

Upon termination, no refunds will be issued for completed work.

We may update these Terms at any time.
Updated terms will be posted with a new “Last updated” date.
